Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SWITCHMINT, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law remain unaffected.

Service Description

SWITCHMINT is a web-based software tool that helps you turn images and other artwork into 3D-printable designs and files, including keycaps and clickers. It provides design assistance, not physical products, printer operation, or a guarantee of successful printing.

Free and Commercial Use

SWITCHMINT may offer free features and paid Commercial Licenses. If you use results generated with SWITCHMINT for commercial purposes, you must follow the Commercial License terms offered at the time of your purchase or use. These general terms do not replace the specific license conditions shown with an offer.

Commercial License purchases and payments may be processed through Lemon Squeezy. Optional support through services such as Buy Me a Coffee is separate and does not itself grant a Commercial License.

A Commercial License does not grant rights to third-party images, characters, logos, brands, or other protected material.

User Content

You must own, or have the necessary permission to use, any image, logo, character, photograph, or other content you select. You are responsible for checking copyright, trademark, publicity, privacy, and other applicable rights.

SWITCHMINT does not verify those permissions and, to the extent permitted by law, is not responsible for infringement caused by your content or use of it.

Prohibited Uses

Do not use SWITCHMINT to create or distribute unlawful content, infringe another person’s rights, introduce malware, attack the service, interfere with other users, or otherwise abuse the service.

Intellectual Property

Rights in the SWITCHMINT service, software, brand, user interface, and original service content belong to the SWITCHMINT operator or the respective licensors. Third-party software and content remain subject to their own licenses.

SWITCHMINT does not acquire ownership of your original content simply because you use it in the tool. Generated results remain subject to any rights in the source content and the applicable SWITCHMINT license conditions.

Availability

The service may change or be temporarily unavailable because of updates, maintenance, technical issues, or other circumstances. We do not promise uninterrupted availability.

Termination

We may restrict or suspend access when necessary to address misuse, security risks, or a violation of these terms, subject to applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, SWITCHMINT is provided without a guarantee that it will meet every requirement or work with every printer, slicer, material, or setting. You are responsible for reviewing generated files before printing.

To that same extent, SWITCHMINT limits liability for losses arising from use of the service or generated results, including failed prints, equipment damage, wasted materials, lost profits, and other business losses. This does not exclude liability or consumer rights that the law does not allow us to exclude.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service changes. The revised terms will appear on this page with an updated date. Any notice or consent required by applicable law will still apply.
